Description:

Administrative Assistant position working at the corporate office for OnSite Care in Salt Lake City Utah. Performs a variety of duties including clinic support staff scheduling, providing support for assigned projects as needed. Works at the office at least 2 days a week 3 days a week from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary phone support
  • Answer OnSite Care Main line
  • Medical Records
  • Mail out termination letters as directed
  • Monitor the P Jelly Bean in eCW
  • Maintain the SDS binder
  • New hire badges
  • Do reminder calls for clinics not on the text program
  • Back Up Clinic Support Staff level 2
  • Provides special project support as assigned
  • Assist HR as needed with new training binders and Orientation Doc
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 2 days in the office 3 days working from home

Preferred Skills

  • Use and knowledge of EMR systems
  • Prior experience in Healthcare
